Andrew Costello is a founding partner of CMS Innovative Consultants, which was established in 1992. During more than twenty-five years in the audiovisual industry Andrew has developed long-standing relationships with many of the largest corporations and most elite architectural firms worldwide. He collaborates with the architect, consulting engineer and client to produce customized AV designs that are creative and technologically advanced. Andrew initially studied architecture before transitioning into his career in the audiovisual field. He is a member of InfoComm International, the AV industry association. Andrew has been the CMS partner-in-charge of several AV award-winning projects, including JPMorgan Chase, Morgan Stanley and Hess.

Michael Schuch, also a founding partner of CMS, has been in the AV field for over twenty years. He is responsible for developing some of the most innovative AV construction designs throughout the U.S. and overseas. Michael works closely with clients and architects to provide creative AV solutions and ensure the standardization of AV systems for global clients. He has conducted numerous training sessions and Webinars on AV planning and design. Michael has been the CMS partner-in-charge of several AV award-winning projects, including HBO, Deutsche Bank, Cleveland Clinic, Gannet/USA Today and the Hearst Tower.

Jerry Collins has over 20 years of experience in the sales and engineering aspects of the audiovisual industry. Initially he trained as a service engineer for broadcast and industrial video and audio systems, and subsequently progressed into the design installation of audiovisual suites. Diversifying in electronics, Jerry expanded his expertise to include presentation facilities for multiple blue chip companies. While managing both sales and service engineering teams as Director of an Audiovisual company, Jerry developed an excellent ability to develop and sustain client relationships.

Alan Winton has more than 2 decades of experience in the audiovisual field, designing and installing a full range of facilities for many blue chip companies. He began his career installing television studios and edit suites, progressing to the design and project management of a wide variety of audiovisual facilities. As a Director of an audiovisual company, Alan has managed CAD designers, project managers, and installation and service teams. His engineering background is reflected in his unsurpassed attention to detail and strong effort to complete projects in a timely and cost-effective manner.
